Helm-X supplied and installed an extension to an existing mezzanine at the site as part of its conversion into a nightclub. This forms the viewing gallery for the rollerskating rink. Helm-X designed, supplied and installed the crash barrier surrounding the rink, with a solid steel supporting subframe, mirror clad and mesh infill panels, and a tubular handrail. At fishermede there were 72 residential units split over 4 blocks, each requiring a fire escape from each level. Helm-X designed, supplied and installed these fire escapes and structural steel enclosures, encased in powdercoated aluminium box section slat cladding.
