Fishermede Modular Residential Housing. A new concept for residential accommodation, comprising of shipping container units stacked on top of each to form apartment blocks. At fishermede there were 72 residential units split over 4 blocks, each requiring a fire escape from each level. Helm-X designed, supplied and installed these fire escapes and structural steel enclosures, encased in powdercoated aluminium box section slat cladding.

Bespoke steel gates with aluminium backing. Our client approached us with hand sketches and a clear image of how they wanted the gates to be. We worked closely together to convert this meticulously into detailed CAD drawings, and fabricate the frame from intricate laser cut mild steel plate components, with a water jet cut aluminium plate backboard finished in grey to maximise the impact of the scrollwork. The steelwork is concrete etch primed and powdercoated to give it a crisp finish with equal protection to galvanizing.

Helm-X returned in 2023 to Wentworth for the PGA Championship as a trusted partner of BMW, providing the centrepiece of their Multimedia hospitality village.
