Fishermede Modular Residential Housing. A new concept for residential accommodation, comprising of shipping container units stacked on top of each to form apartment blocks. At fishermede there were 72 residential units split over 4 blocks, each requiring a fire escape from each level. Helm-X designed, supplied and installed these fire escapes and structural steel enclosures, encased in powdercoated aluminium box section slat cladding.
