Powder Coating & Metal Finishing

At our Birmingham base we now have our own in-house powdercoating department equipped with the latest electrostatic powderspray technology, allowing us to ensure the highest level of finishing for our metalwork. This allows us to ensure our own expectations are met ensuring client satisfaction. Eliminating a third party also allows us to offer unbeatable value for money for the finishing of our fabrications.

We stock a complete range in RAL and BS4800 colours including epoxy/polyester, epoxy and polyester finishes. Coatings are also available in a range of finishes including, smooth, leatherette, texture, stipple, hammer and metallic.

All coatings are available at the client’s desired gloss level; Full Gloss 90%, Semi Gloss 60%, Satin 30% & Matt 15%.

We also provide finishes in shotblasting, wet spraying, wet painting, electroplating, and metal polishing, depending on the client’s preference.

Restoration

In addition to providing finishing for our own fabrications, our reputation has spread throughout Birmingham as providers of top quality powdercoating at good value with minimal completion time. Our clients include external fabricators and metal restorers both commercial and domestic. We have our own in house shotblasting facility allowing us to offer an excellent service on all restoration projects, with over a hundred stock colours to choose from at no extra cost. Restoration projects include; Radiators, Gates, Motorbike and Car parts.
