Lockheed Martin Chalet at Dubai Airshow on behalf of SDD. The building comprises of 2 floors, with a downstairs terrace, a first floor terrace, and a roof terrace. Half of the building is cladded with composite panels, the other half is glazed with blue tinted 21.5mm laminated glass. The terrace areas have baluster free glass balustrade. Access to the 1st floor is via a glazed internal staircase. Front access to the ground floor is via a glazed ramp with canopy, access to the rear by a staircase. There is also a fire escape for access to the first floor and roof terrace. The floors were decked with metal decking and then layers of plywood. The roof and terrace areas had a waterproof membrane and gutter system fitted. All of this work took our site team 5 weeks to complete.

IBP stand at ISH Frankfurt. This is a re-install of the same stand at the same show for Envisage after the success of previous builds. Steelwork is stored at Helm-X in between shows, with balustrade refinished to look brand new. Patek Philipe Grande Exhibition, Saatchi Gallery, London. Various metalwork and structural steelwork provided for Central. The photo shows the bespoke Royal Room, which displayed the watch made for Queen Victoria, Patek Philipe has been the supplier of watches for royalty ever since. The room was assembled from box section powder coated metalwork supplied and fitted by Helm-X. Maldives stand at WTM ExCel. Stand comprised of 3 circular mezanines linked with bridges. 2 spiral staircases complete with glass balustrade provided access to mezanine level. Each stand had a thatched roof supported by a steel frame. Work on behalf of Clearview.

Malta staircase at WTM ExCel. Helm-X were contacted a week before the show as this German exhibition stand's staircase did not meet British regs and was condemned. The challenge of drawing, fabricating, and fitting a steel staircase complete with stainless/glass balustrade in 5 days was met! Work on behalf of Big Exhibits.
